When booking an appointment, a $100 deposit will be taken. Please note, any online bookings that have been made are only ‘pending’ until we accept. We try our best to accommodate all our lovely guests, therefore we require 48hrs cancellation notice so we can fill that spot with our waiting list.  If less than 48hrs is given, the deposit will be forfeited.

We want all our guests to be happy, whilst we don’t issue money back, we do offer a 14 day complimentary fix up period. This means you must make contact with us within 2 weeks of having your colour or haircut done and we will happily accommodate you to amend the situation.

However, if you have a change of mind on what you initially wanted, we will happily do your hair but at an additional charge for your new do.

You will be gowned with a cape and towel during your appointment, your clothing will be covered. All efforts will be taken to not have any spills or leaks, However we recommend to not wear anything expensive or valuable as The Blonde Cartel cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing.

We are so lucky to have an abundance of parking around our Salon in Collaroy. Anzac Avenue has parking + a carpark next to the tennis courts which is all 6 hour parking.
